Hello New York

Hi guys!

Back from the Big Apple since yesterday and working on some great content about the city, while recovering from a serious Jetlag… who knew these could make you feel so bad? But didn’t want to wait to share some images we shot at the trip of one of my outfits.

Nothing to special if that’s what you’re expecting, but some simple minimalistic vibes while visiting this overwhelming city. And a shoutout to those New York women who look AMAZING and are so creative with their style. Absolutely loved it. I, on the other hand, will never be like that and prefer my outfits to be modest and have a little bit of a rock’n’roll vibe.

One thing I did LOVE about these fashionista’s is their choice of designer bags. My hubby-to-be finally understands – or let’s say a little – the love for designer handbags. Our bag-spotting eye was definitely on and I dragged him to every designer shop I could wish for. Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, … it’s a wonder he hasn’t killed me on this trip. Thanks hun for the patience 😉

About the look; like I said I went for a simple outfit with some rock vibes. A pair of black, skinny jeans is never a bad choice. As a matter of fact, I bought the exact same pair again on this trip. These Levi’s Skinny Jeans are definitely my most favorite pair on the market. Since the weather forecast said it would be a hot day in New York, I paired it with a silk cami and a leather jacket for the cold wind. The shoes were amazing, but since we were going to walk a lot, I switched them for sneaker in the afternoon.

Leather Jacket: Goosecraft
Silk cami: Grana
Skinny jeans: Levi’s
Shoes: Acne Studios
Bag: Proenza Schouler
